This policy describes the terms applicable to payments, subscriptions, and refunds for Plusostats services. It applies to purchases made directly through our website. Purchases made via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the respective store's policies.
1. Trial Periods
Plusostats may offer free or paid trial periods so users can evaluate paid features:
- A valid payment method is required to start a trial;
- Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends;
- Charges are applied at the end of the trial period;
- Promotional pricing may apply to introductory periods.
Limited-time discounted plans may also be offered. These automatically renew at the standard rate unless cancelled.
2. Subscription Terms
All Plusostats subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance. Billing cycles may include:
- Weekly;
- Monthly;
- Quarterly;
- Annual;
- Or other periods specified at the time of purchase.
By subscribing, you authorize Plusostats to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on each renewal date.
3. Payment Authorization
When you complete a purchase you authorize Plusostats to charge your payment method for:
- Initial subscription fees;
- Recurring charges after any trial or promotional period;
- Applicable taxes or other fees.
Payment confirmation may take place through:
- Biometric authentication on your device (fingerprint, facial recognition);
- Entering payment details on the checkout page;
- Accepting the subscription terms on a confirmation screen.
4. Cancelling Your Subscription
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Important: the cancellation procedure depends on where you purchased your subscription.
4.1 Direct Website Purchases
- Contact support@plusostats.com to cancel;
- Cancellation requests should be sent at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid further charges;
- Uninstalling the app or deleting your account within the app does not cancel a subscription;
- Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle;
- Partial refunds for unused periods within a cycle are not provided.
4.2 Apple App Store
- Manage your subscription in your Apple ID account settings;
- Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the next billing date;
- Plusostats cannot cancel or modify App Store subscriptions on your behalf;

4.3 Google Play
- Manage your subscription in your Google Play account settings;
- Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the next billing date;
- Plusostats cannot cancel or modify Google Play subscriptions on your behalf;

5. Price Changes
Plusostats may change subscription pricing. When pricing changes occur:
- You will receive prior notice via email, in-app message, or website notification;
- New pricing takes effect at your next renewal date;
- If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Service Maintenance
Plusostats may perform updates or maintenance that temporarily affect availability. We will give advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. Significant disruptions will be communicated via:
- Email notifications;
- In-app messages;
- Website announcements.
7. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased and on your location.
7.1 Direct Website Purchases
Except where required by law, purchases made through the Plusostats website are final and non-refundable.
- By making a purchase, you acknowledge payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable;
- Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis;
- Refund requests can be sent to support@plusostats.com.
7.2 Apple App Store Purchases
If you believe you qualify for a refund for an App Store subscription:
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple;
- Plusostats cannot process App Store refunds;
- Follow the instructions on Apple's refund page.
7.3 Google Play Purchases
If you believe you qualify for a refund for a Google Play subscription:
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google;
- Plusostats cannot process Google Play refunds;
- Follow the instructions on Google's refund page.
8. Regional Refund Rights
8.1 California & Connecticut Residents
Residents of California or Connecticut may cancel and receive a full refund if cancellation is requested before midnight of the third business day after the purchase date.
8.2 EEA & Switzerland
Consumers in the EEA or Switzerland have statutory withdrawal rights under consumer protection laws.
Single items of digital content:
- By purchasing, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of digital content;
- This waives your right of withdrawal and makes the purchase non-refundable.
Ongoing subscription services:
- You request and consent to immediate provision of the service;
- If you exercise your withdrawal right, refunds are prorated based on the service already provided up to the date we receive your notice;
