By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. About the Service
Plusostats is an informational sports analytics service. It provides football schedules, team and league statistics, head-to-head data, performance metrics (such as expected goals, possession, and shots), historical archives, and other descriptive content related to football matches.
All content is provided for informational and educational purposes. The Service is not financial advice, not a recommendation to take any specific action, and does not guarantee any outcome.

3. Scope
These Terms apply to:
- The Plusostats web and mobile applications;
- Any APIs and backend services we make available;
- Free features, trial periods, and paid subscription tiers.

4. Third-Party App Stores
If you obtain our application through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, additional platform terms may apply:
- Apple and Google may be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms;
- Payments, refunds, and subscription management for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
5. Eligibility
By using the Service you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
- You do not reside in a jurisdiction subject to applicable trade embargoes;
- You are not on any government restricted or prohibited parties list;
- Your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you.
6. Accounts
6.1 Registration
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
6.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential;
- Any activity taken under your account.

6.4 Account Rules
- Automated or bot-driven account creation is not allowed;
- One account per user, unless we authorize otherwise;
- Account sharing is not permitted.
7. Subscriptions
Plusostats may offer auto-renewing subscriptions that include:
- Free or paid trial periods;
- Promotional pricing for introductory periods;
- Recurring billing cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual).
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions purchased via Apple or Google can be managed in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

8. Payments
8.1 Authorization
By completing a purchase you authorize Plusostats to charge your payment method for:
- Monthly or annual subscription fees;
- Automatic renewals after any trial or promotional period.
8.2 Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
9. Cancellation
9.1 Direct Website Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through the Plusostats website:
- Send a cancellation request to support@plusostats.com;
- Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription;
- Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle;
- Partial refunds for unused periods within a billing cycle are not provided.
9.2 Apple App Store
Manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Plusostats cannot cancel or refund App Store purchases on your behalf.
9.3 Google Play
Manage your subscription in your Google Play account settings. Plusostats cannot cancel or refund Google Play purchases on your behalf.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy. Key points:
10.1 Direct Purchases
Payments are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
10.2 App Store Refunds
For App Store or Google Play purchases, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google.
10.3 Statutory Rights
California & Connecticut residents: may cancel certain purchases within three business days for a full refund as required by state law.
EEA & Switzerland residents: have statutory withdrawal rights for service contracts. For digital content delivered immediately, you expressly waive withdrawal rights. For ongoing subscriptions, refunds are prorated based on the service already rendered.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Ownership
All Service content — software, data, statistical compilations, design, trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Plusostats.
11.2 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.
12. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
13. Acceptable Use
When using the Service you agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information;
- Engage in harassment, threats, or defamatory conduct;
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content;
- Abuse API access or perform unauthorized data scraping;
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service's data or analytics without our written consent.
Important: Match statistics, models, and analytics on the Service are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They reflect descriptive outputs of our processing and do not constitute advice or any guarantee of outcome. Plusostats makes no warranty as to accuracy or completeness.
14. Third-Party Links
The Service may link to third-party websites. Plusostats is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.
15. API Use
Any API access is provided on an "as is" basis. Plusostats accepts no liability for damages arising from API use, interruptions, or data inaccuracies.
16. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to:
- Update, enhance, or discontinue features;
- Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.
We will provide advance notice of significant changes where reasonably possible.
17. Account Termination
17.1 By You
You may close your account at any time. Active subscriptions remain valid through the end of the current billing cycle.
17.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- Breach these Terms;
- Abuse or misuse the Service;
- Create legal or regulatory risk for Plusostats.
No compensation or refunds are owed for accounts terminated for cause.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or the complete accuracy of statistical content.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plusostats shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
This limitation does not apply to liability for gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Plusostats harmless from claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your misuse of the Service;
- Your infringement of third-party rights.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate competent courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction.
